The policy below may apply to all purchases on http://www.roastrite.com. Please carefully review the terms before placing orders. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to the terms and conditions as listed below.

Placing Orders

To place an order, follow the steps below:

  • Add an item to the shopping cart
  • Fill out the shipping & payment information
  • Select a shipping method
  • Clear the payment
  • We will process the order and e-mail the confirmation

Once the order is confirmed, the buyer will receive an notification email for the scheduled delivery date and tracking information.
 
Order information and invoices are available under ‘Order History’ in ‘Member Center’. Saving e-mail confirmation of each order for future reference is recommend.

Shipments & Delivery

Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days after the order and payment is confirmed. A delivery notification email is sent once the carrier received the package. Orders can be tracked in ‘Member Center’.
 
All products are delivered by third-party carrier, contact the selected carrier if the shipment does not arrive within the estimated time, we are not liable for any shipping delay caused by carrier. If the selected delivery service isn’t available in your area, the buyer will be contacted for alternative delivery options, or to cancel the order for a refund.
 
If the package was unable to be delivered and the product was returned back to the sender, buyers is responsible for any additional shipping costs and handling fee of 10% on the total costs of ordered items.

Domestic Shipments

Delivery within domestic Taiwan takes approximately 1-4 business days, and remote or offshore area takes approximately 5-7 business days.

International Shipments

International shipments are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government. Buyers are responsible for all additional costs including import duties, VAT, clearance fees, and postal fees which may be applied according to their local laws and policies.

Returns & Refunds

The items can be returned for refunds within 7 days after purchase under below conditions.
 

  • The item is defective or faulty on arrival
  • Unused item with original sealed packaging (with promotional items)

A request for a product return can be filed under ‘Order Details’ in ‘Member Profile’. The return items must be properly packaged to avoid shipping damage, or the return would not be accepted.
 
Refunds are processed in approximately 14 business days once the returned items are cleared from conditions below:

  • The product is not determined as new or defective.
  • The packaging and/or accessories are damaged or lost.
  • The product is not received within 7 days after purchase.

Depends on the payment method, refunds will be applied to buyer's credit card or bank accounts.
